A: Each provider has a dedicated account representative assigned to their individual account working diligently to ensure that all accounts are reviewed for payments, rejections or denials which will be responded to in a timely manner.

 

Q: How will I benefit from outsourcing my billing to you?

A: Effective outsourcing cuts your overhead and lessens your stress. You no longer have to worry about hiring & paying for multiple employees, their benefit packages (insurance, vacations, paid time off, worker compensation insurance… etc). You will have extra room in your practice to do what you do best ~ care for patients.

 

Q: Do I have to change my software that I am currently using?

A: No, you do not. We work with a number of practices that wish to keep their software. We will gladly discuss this option with you in our Free Consultation.

 

Q: How will I know what is going on with my account?

A: We are passionate about the success of each practice that we serve. We believe that in order to achieve this, we must work one on one with the practice manager and provider keeping you abreast of with is going on with your money.
